Peachtree Pest Control does an inspection every three months and recently found a squirrel hole in my soffit. I covered it up right away. Allen Lindall, our account manager came the next day to offer solutions to our problem. Allen proposed their Smart Pest Monitoring System. We agreed and signed up for it. David and Tim came out a couple of days later and installed the hardware. It has a base Station located inside the house with two motion detectors, one in the attic and one in the garage. If the motion sensors detect any activity and/or issues with the system, they will contact us in order to set up an appointment for an inspection. The new contract bundles the tri-annual inspections and the yearly contract renewal into small monthly payment. It actually saved us money! Now we have monitors installed in our house for squirrels or any other varmints to prevent them from making it their home. Highly recommended. Five star all the way.

I’ve been with Peachtree since I purchased my house in 2006. My service has been consistently excellent with minimal problems with pests. Whenever I have had an issue with termites, ants, or yellow jackets and hornets, Peachtree’s response has been very quick and effective. They have given top notch service, and I have never had a reason to even think about changing my pest control company. Most recently George came out and took care of a nest of hornets that had taken up residence in one of the bushes next to my house. Superb communication and response.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Douglas Perez. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and dedication were excellent . He was kpunctual, courteous, and incredibly attentive to detail. What truly impressed me was how he went the extra mile—addressing even the smallest issues without hesitation and ensuring that everything was perfect.

I got quotes for a termite bond from 3 companies, including Hole in One. The other 2 were large companies. Hole in One’s quote was MUCH cheaper, and included drilling liquid treatment around the exterior of the home and the inside perimeter of the garage, whereas the other quotes were for liquid treatment around the exterior of the home only. Tony (owner) provided a free quote, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. Aaron M performed the treatment, and was on time, friendly, professional, and worked hard. I’d highly recommend Hole in One.

Peachtree and our tech, Jamar, have been great! They call in advance and update if anything changes (rain). I like having the same tech each time as he’s gotten to know our house needs. Efficient, thorough, and all around great service!

The young lady conducted her annual exterior inspection of the Bates. Her performance was exceptional, and she demonstrated a commitment to excellence by replacing a missing cap on one of the Bates. I am highly impressed with her service.
